I am a Solicitor based at our Widnes Town Hall office and have over 10 years’ experience in Civil Litigation, specialising in Personal injury cases. I am a member of the Fast Track team, dealing predominantly with EL/PL cases.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, after gaining a LLB (Honours) degree at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester. I then completed my training contract with Barnett’s Solicitors, gaining experience in Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing and Personal injury, before joining Forster Dean in 2007.

Career highlights:
The best part about my job is telling the client that we have settled their case and handing them their cheque on completion of the claim, knowing that they are going away happy with the service that they have received. Building a good rapport with clients and ensuring I do the very best for them, is the most important aspect of my job.

In my leisure time I enjoy keeping fit and taking part in various walks, including charity events. I completed a 20 mile sponsored walk around London raising money for the NCPCC. I also completed the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb, walking across the top arch of the Bridge which was an amazing experience. I am a keen supporter and season ticket holder at Liverpool Football club.

Worst purchase: A house a year before a housing crash, negative equity is not fun!

Best purchase: A thank you drink….we’ve now been together 4 years and have a little boy!

Red or blue: Red (As in Liverpool NOT Manu)!

Wine or beer: Neither, Vodka or Gin!
