Mr Buttar was delighted when he received £2700.00 as a result of a soft tissue injury he suffered to his lower back due to a faulty seat on a vehicle at work which gave way from underneath him.
He instructed Miss Amy Shipton at our offices in Crewe as it was local to where he lived. He found the whole process surprisingly easy explaining “the service I received was first class from start to finish”. When we asked him what we could do to improve our service, his response was “nothing”.
He intends to put his compensation towards a trip of a lifetime with this wife to Australia.
Mr Buttar was so happy that when he received his settlement cheque he presented Amy with a lovely bunch of flowers.
