Yvonne Hall Asst Head of Complex Claims

Personal Injury Department

I joined Forster Dean in March 2004 as a relatively newly qualified solicitor. I previously trained with and worked for Defendant Insurance Specialists, Berrymans Lace Mawer. Since joining Forster Dean I have relished representing Claimants and have gained a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of personal injury law.

I have had experience of managing Forster Dean branches and I understand the importance of knowing our clients. I appreciate how daunting it can be for somebody to approach a solicitor but I offer a professional yet personal experience and provide specialist expertise along with often much needed reassurance.

Spending my entire career dealing with personal injury work enables me to effectively process and handle claims to the most advantageous conclusion for the client.

I spend a significant time in my role as Regional Mentor travelling to our branches across the north west providing technical and peer support to our solicitors.

Outside of the office I am primarily a mum to two young children who keep me very busy with their active social lives. I am actively involved in the local church assisting with the church finances, fundraising, and assisting the clergy. I love to read and to travel and occasionally bake but I am no Mary Berry!
