Tracey Birmingham Solicitor

Personal Injury Department

Office manager at Bootle Office since it opened in 2009. Prior to this I worked at our Liverpool and Old Swan Offices. I joined Forster Dean in 2003 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor. I did my law degree at the University of Liverpool graduating in 1999.

Whilst studying at school and then University I had a variety of part time jobs in shops and bars including 6 years at Woolworths in Bootle Strand (which I can see from my Office window!). After university I also spent a year as a legal clerk saving hard to fund my LPC. Even though I have moved out of the area, I love working in an area that I know very well.

When I don’t have my suit on, I…
Summer – I love it. If I could move my desk outside I would do. Not sure how I would cope with the noise of the buses going past the Strand.

Holidays – don’t get away as much as I would like to. One of my favourite places is Palma, particularly with some Pintxos and a few glasses of Cava.

Dogs – I have a got a Westie who is nearly 2 and only just starting to calm down after lots of puppy/dog classes.

Badminton – don’t play as much as I used.

Rugby League – yes even though I am from Liverpool. I have my own season ticket at Warrington.

I am also quite good at Fantasy Football (ask Helen Chatwin or Mo Hussain – we take it very seriously!).
