This means a client who instructs us can nominate which office the office they wish to be seen in.
In addition our no sale no fee policy means that we make no charge for any abortive transactions so should you be forced to pull out of a transaction for any reason you know that you will not be charged for any professional fees by Forster Dean. This means you can rest assured your money is safe until legal completion. In addition our “Fee Free HIP” Scheme means that no legal charge will be levied if you wish us prepare and submit a HIP to a local estate agent.

- Commercial Property (of any kind)
- High value transactions where the combined price is in excess of £500,000.00
