The Forster Dean Runcorn office has been open since 1995, and has enjoyed 17 years of success within the heart of Runcorn, providing the community with first class Personal Injury and Conveyancing services.

Formally the head office of the company, Runcorn has always been a busy, lively office. 2009 saw the movement of head office to new premises down the road in Speke, but the office has maintained its busy reputation, with a steady flow of both Personal Injury and Conveyancing clients passing through its doors on a daily basis.

Excitingly in 2006, the office was used as a filming location for Hollyoaks, with several of the staff being used as extras for the episode!

2010 saw a makeover for the office, with a large refurbishment bringing the premises up to the ultra modern standards of other Forster Dean offices. Bright open offices with clean lines in abundance are the signature of the Forster Dean premises, making a visit to the office a thoroughly pleasant experience for the clients.

Currently the office houses 2 Solicitors, Helen Smith and Brian Heys (pictured) supported by secretaries Bernadette Richards and Sarah Berry. Days in the Runcorn Branch are rarely dull and mundane, and will often include new client meetings, site inspections, conferences with Barristers and trips to Court.

With a steady flow of satisfied clients promoting the work of Forster Dean in the Runcorn community, it seems that the future looks bright for Forster Dean Runcorn.

This Department has recently been approved to be accredited as a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, and the team are all pleased that their hard work, dedication and professional attitude has paid off.

Bill Betts, Head of the Conveyancing Department, is of the opinion that in the future, only Law Firms who have this accreditation, will be able to act for Mortgage Lenders on purchase transactions.
