05/01/2016 – After a dreadful experience with solicitors and estate agents when purchasing my previous property, I wasn’t looking forward to the whole experience when purchasing this new property. However, I have to say it was a smooth a transaction as I could ever have hoped it to be. There was great communication from Emma and she kept us up to date with all proceedings and did her upmost to get us moved before Christmas at the last minute (21st December!). I can’t believe how relatively simple things were and how smooth the whole thing went, absolutely no problems at all.
