Anna Rushton Solicitor

Personal Injury Department

At-a-glance
I have 13 years experience in personal injury litigation. I practice and specialise in all types of personal injury claims to include accidents at work, road traffic accidents, cycle and pedestrian claims, slip, trips and falls, asbestos, vibration white finger, hearing loss, repetitive sprain injury, accidents abroad and criminal injuries.

I am accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in personal injury.

I joined Forster Dean in August 2010 to mange the Crewe branch and subsequently went on to manage the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch.

Prior to joining Forster Dean I was an Associate Solicitor with Poole Alcock LLP based at their Nantwich and Crewe offices where I spent 8 years solely practicing in personal injury litigation.

I have always had a natural empathy and concern for others which is one of the reasons I chose to become a lawyer and to specialise in personal injury litigation.

The best part of my work is being able to meet with my clients face to face, build a rapport and to help people. I strive for a strong focus on client care and providing high service levels. Many new clients come through recommendations.

When I don’t have my suit on, I…
I love to travel and have explored many parts of Asia, South America and Europe. In my earlier years I took a 4 month sabbatical to backpack around South East Asia.

When at home I like to remain active. I am a keen gym user and like to explore the country side at weekends.
