How to fund your accident compensation claim
Following an initial assessment of your accident compensation claim, if we consider your claim has a good prospect of succeeding we will offer to deal with your claim under a “no win no fee agreement” (also known as a conditional fee agreement)
Many solicitors and accident management companies require you to pay for an up front insurance policy and/or a loan. We do not require you to pay anything to us at any stage of the claim.
We will pay on your behalf for the expenses (known as disbursements) which are incurred throughout the claim, i.e. the cost of medical records, medical reports etc. If your accident compensation claim succeeds, our costs and disbursements will be paid by the other side. If you lose, we do not get paid and we will ensure you will not have to pay for your disbursements and the other side’s costs.
